Below, you’ll find updates on our fulfillment process, including any potential delays that may impact the production and shipping of your items. This page will be updated regularly to keep you in the know as your order makes its way to you.

When you support our small business you are choosing to truly shop small! We are a very small team of just two mermaids and we do all of our own production in house. You won’t find any mass produced items from us! We pour our mermaid hearts and souls into crafting your treasures and we want you to know how much we appreciate you!

🎇 Late December - Early January Update

We’re currently working diligently through all orders, thank you so much for your patience and support.

Due to the holiday schedule and an incredible influx of orders from one of our most popular recent designs, our turnaround time is running just a touch longer than usual. Our warehouse was closed on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day so our small team could spend time with family, and we will also be closed on New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day.

That said, we are actively printing, packing, and shipping every day we are open and are moving through orders as quickly and carefully as possible.

🎄 Christmas Season Order Cut Off

To give our mermaids and the mail plenty of time to work their magic:

Orders placed on or before December 12 are expected to arrive by Christmas for U.S. addresses, based on carrier estimates.

Any order placed after December 12 is not guaranteed to arrive by Christmas, although we will still create and ship your treasures as quickly as possible.

Once your order is carefully packed and sealed with a touch of mermaid magic, it will be handed off to our trusted couriers to begin its journey to you. 

Expected carrier shipping times are 2-5 business days for domestic USA and 10-21 business days for international orders (please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays).
