NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. SPONSOR: The sponsor of this giveaway is Mountains & Mermaids, 9887 Arnold Rd. Denham Springs LA, 70726.

2. ELIGIBILITY: This giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Mountains & Mermaids and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter. Void where prohibited by law.

3. ENTRY PERIOD: The giveaway begins at 10:00AM CST on December 9, 2025 and ends at 11:59PM CST on December 31, 2025.

4. HOW TO ENTER: There are two (2) ways to enter:

• Method 1 (Automatic Entry with Purchase): During the Entry Period, you will automatically receive one (1) entry for every one dollar ($1.00 USD) spent on eligible purchases at Mountainsandmermaids.com. (Excludes shipping, taxes, and handling fees).

• Method 2 (Alternative Method of Entry - No Purchase Necessary): To enter for free, hand-print your full name, complete mailing address, email address, and phone number on a 3x5 inch index card and mail it in a standard #10 envelope with proper postage to: Mountains & Mermaids, Bookish Mermaid Giveaway, 9887 Arnold Rd. Denham Springs, LA 70726

  All mail-in entries must be postmarked by December 31, 2025 and received by January 5, 2026. Each mail-in entry will be awarded 25 entries. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person/per household.

5. PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive: One (1) "Bookish Mermaid Plush Blanket." Approximate Retail Value of the prize is: $60.15 USD. The prize is not transferable and may not be exchanged or redeemed for cash.

6. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION: One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about 01/06/26 from all eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified by email at the email address provided. The winner will have forty-eight (48) hours to respond and confirm their shipping address before an alternate winner is selected.

7. PUBLICITY: By entering, the winner grants Sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, or social media handle for promotional purposes (e.g., announcing the winner) without additional compensation, where allowed by law.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS: By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor. This giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
