When you support our small business you are choosing to truly shop small! We are a very small team of just two mermaids and we do all of our own production in house. You won’t find any mass produced items from us! We pour our mermaid hearts and souls into crafting your treasures and we want you to know how much we appreciate you!

Oder fulfillment time - From the time you place your order, to the mermaids who are creating it, to when it’s thoughtfully packed and ready to embark on its voyage to you.

Postal Delays: 

Postal delays for outbound orders and supplies are currently happening due to the winter storms sweeping across the US.

Once your order is carefully packed and sealed with a touch of mermaid magic, it will be handed off to our trusted couriers to begin its journey to you. 

Expected carrier shipping times are 2-5 business days for domestic USA and 10-21 business days for international orders (please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays).

We’re happy to combine, edit, or cancel orders within 24 hours of being placed.
