Free Shipping (USA)

Free shipping on orders $137+ after discounts and rewards for the USA (50 states) and APO/FPO addresses.

Processing Time

·        Most orders ship within 7–10 business days.

·        Orders placed after 2:00 PM Central (Monday–Friday) begin processing the next business day.

·        Weekend and federal holiday orders begin processing on the next business day.

Carriers & Tracking

·        We ship with major carriers. Some services may transfer to USPS for final delivery.

·        Tracking information is emailed once your order ships.

Longer Transit Areas

·        Hawaii, Alaska, and APO/FPO addresses may require additional transit time after shipment.

International Shipping

·        Most international deliveries arrive within 10–14 business days, though customs processing may add additional time.

·        Duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

·        Free shipping does not apply to international orders.

Expedited Shipping

We do not offer expedited or rush shipping.

Pre-Sale Items

Occasionally we offer pre-sale items. Estimated ship dates will be listed on the product page.

Mixed Orders

Orders containing both in-stock and pre-sale items ship together once all items are ready.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Please see our FAQ page for the most current information regarding lost, delayed, or missing packages.

Once a package is in the carrier's possession, transit delays are outside our control. Our FAQ includes steps for working directly with your carrier and resolving many common delivery issues. If you still need assistance after reviewing the FAQ, we're happy to help determine the next steps.

Address Updates

Need to update your shipping address? Email us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to help, but address changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has begun.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, cancellations may not be possible if production has already begun.

Changes to items, designs, sizes, colors, or garment styles cannot be made once an order enters production.

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.

Made-to-Order & Partner Fulfillment Items

Some items ship directly from our trusted production partners and are identified on their product pages.

These items enter production immediately and cannot be changed or canceled once production begins.
